countdown commencing

so it's sunday april 15th. 5 days after manchester united destroyed roma in a champions league quarter final at old trafford. i am going down to manchester on tuesday for the league game against sheffield united and can't wait. it will be last trip down before i go travelling.

every game is a cup final. come on united.

anyway, on to travelling. our plans are going well. the flat is rented out to two girls we know - deborah and lynn. i am almost up to date with my innoculations - i have yellow fever and rabis left to get - quite expensive but better safe than sorry and you actually need a yellow fever certificate to get into some countries.

reality really is hitting that we will be travelling in june. it is dawning on me that we are incredibly lucky to have so much time to see the world and experience so many different things. time to spend together and time to do whatever we want, when we want.

june 18th is fast approaching. the countdown is commencing.
